Hello, Every-One!
I am happy to able to share a banquet of yoghic delights from this wonderful system of total health we call Yoga, in a way I had not been able to before!
You may come for the whole program or enjoy the specific offerings throughout each weekend. Join us at our beautiful studio, Yoga Haven on November 13 -15th, 2009.
We are calling it Yoga Life Explorations and it is for those of you who are interested in learning more about the Art, Science and Philosophy behind this ancient system of total health and wellness. Your level of participation can be just to enjoy the relaxing, revitalizing, filled with wisdom yoga practices and lectures.
Take a look at the different lectures, movies, classes, trainings and let us know which interest you. Pre-registration is required. We will be posting what will be offered 2 to 3 weeks in advanced on the website for each of the 9 weekends of Yoga Life Explorations!
We feel honored to have the responsibility and privilege to share these sacred Yoga practices with you.

FRIDAY
6:30 – 7:30 pm- Healing Breath – Pranayama (exploring various techniques)
7:30 – Potluck share
8:00-10:00 – Community Drumming & Dancing
SATURDAY
7:00 am- Elixir, morning greeting, silent meditation
8:00 am – Chandra Bhala Series
9: 00 am – Breakfast
10:30 am- Jnana Yoga – Anatomy & Physiology Video as it relates to Hatha Yoga
Noon – Hatha Yoga – triangles and peaceful warriors (on & off the wall) (partner work)
Lunch
Break
3:30- 5pm – Anatomy & Physiology Video
5:30 – 6:30- Qi-Gong / Breath Control
SUNDAY
7:45 am –Elixir & Morning Greeting
8 am – Gong Meditation, Chants & Prayers from all traditions (bring one)
9 am – Chandra Bhala Series (teaching practice)
10 am – Brunch
11 am – Presentation by Jim Lawler on Physiology of Stress and Meditation
12:30 pm –Juicing
2 - 4 pm – Teaching practice (blanket folding, restorative poses)
DRUMMING AND DANCING
Open circle. Other music instruments are welcomed. Join us each second Friday. Donations ($3-$5) are appreciated. Please bring something vegetarian for community to enjoy! Bring extra drums if ya got'um! Get up! Get out! Get Moving and feel the beat!
