Yoga for Teens –
is a fun and active class that helps to build toned and healthy
bodies and also confident and calm selves. *offered only during
school term at a discounted rate when signed up twice a week!
Gentle Restorative – is
great for helping individuals that are dealing with fibromyalgia,
arthritis or any condition where lots of gentle stretching and
supported poses would be most helpful. Stress management,
brain balancing techniques and joint loosening are part of this class.
Open to all –
I offer modifications and/or options to go deeper to suit
the needs of each individual. Inner Yoga development is a
practice” open to all” to be in the process of expanding
self-awareness, developing the ability to remain present
consistently moment to moment, and cultivating being in harmony
with what is. It applies to all classes available.
Moderate Beginners-
it is a class that is both energizing and relaxing. Yes, it is
possible to have both! Balance in all aspects of being is the
aim! Balance in strength and flexibility, effort and ease, the
in-breath and the out breath, etc. It offers you an active but
not strenuous practice to help you relieve tensions in both body
and mind.
Maha Yoga –
it means “great” yoga – it is intuitively guided and creatively
designed classes to facilitate for you a greater experience of
connectedness/and self integration. It weaves together
movement, breath, energy sensitizing practices, meditation and
philosophy and perhaps even laughter for a great evening spent
taking care of yourself and “being “ with maha (great)
community of individuals seeking wellness! It applies to
Thursdays’ advance beginners and for all classes available.

Yoga for Lunch & Gentle Yoga:
Gentle hatha classes for all levels, from beginner to seasoned
practitioner. Designed for those who want a yoga class adapted
and modified for their individual limitations and strengths.

Lindsay
Prenatal Yoga
with Lindsay is a Whole Birth Prenatal Yoga Series based on the
need for rejoicing during pregnancy. We seem to disregard the
miracle occurring in female bodies as we continue to live a busy
I can do it lifestyle. This prenatal yoga class allows us to
embrace all the physical and emotional and spiritual changes
that happen as one becomes a mother. The first half hour in
class is sharing in topics surrounding pregnancy and parenting
and allows for uniting among pregnant women. The latter hour is
spent in yoga to stretch strengthen and comfort the growing body
while focusing on alignment to facilitate carrying the growing
baby as well as readying for birth in whatever form that may
come. Each class ends in a deeply relaxing savasana which often
